1. Booking, Accommodation Reservations, Event/Marriage Reservations for Villa Bookings:

When you book a villa through Green Planet Villas, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking including the accommodation total, cleaning and processing fee along with any other items identified during checkout (collectively, “Total”). You are also agreeing that Green Planet may charge and collect the required security deposit at time of scheduled check-in.

When you receive the booking confirmation, a contract is formed directly between you and the Owners of Green Planet Villas. The cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified on the Policies page of Green Planet Villa website, or during checkout, form part of your contract with the Owners.
An Accommodation reservation is a limited license to enter, occupy, and use the Accommodation. The Owners and/or Property Manager retains the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay, to the extent: (i) it is reasonably necessary and (ii) consistent with applicable law. If you stay past checkout, the Owners and/or Property Manager has the right to request you to leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties. You may not exceed the maximum number of allowed guests.
An Experience or other Villa Service reservations entitle you to participate in, attend, or use that Villa Service. You accept financial responsibility for these services and are responsible for confirming that you, and anyone you invite, meet minimum age, proficiency, fitness, or other requirements. You are responsible for informing the Owner/Concierge of any medical or physical conditions, or other circumstances that may impact your ability to participate, attend, or use the Service. Except where expressly authorized, you may not allow any person to join a Villa Service unless they are included as an additional guest during the booking process.

2. Cancellations, Travel Issues, Refunds. Booking Modifications. Transfer of Reser vation.

In general, if as a Guest you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that reservation. If something outside your control forces you to cancel a reservation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund under our Mitigating Circumstances Policy. If the Owner cancels, you may be eligible for rebooking assistance or a partial or full refund. Different policies apply to certain categories of listings; please request for our villa memo to understand more.
Guests and Owners are responsible for any booking modifications they agree to make and each agree to pay any additional amounts, fees, or taxes associated with any booking modification.
Transfer of Reservation is not acceptable unless approved by Owners. In the instance that you have chosen to transfer your scheduled booking at any of the Green Planet Villas to another Party, you must contact the Owners and apply for Transfer of Reservation. Once the application has been submitted, the new Guest will not be approved until they have agreed to and signed a copy of Green Planet Policies and paid the remaining balance to the Owners. No refunds will be given for the deposit of the original reservation. You will need to work with the approved new Guest for reimbursement of any previous payments made to Green Planet Villas.

3. Your Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk.

Neither Green Planet Villas (including its affiliates and personnel) nor any other party involved in the planning of your reservation, experiences, travel, and so forth will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages. These include, but are no int limited to: lost items, missed flights/ transportation, personal or bodily injury and/or emotional distress arising during your stay at the Villa. You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to the Accommodation, Experience or other Villa Service. For example, this means: (i) you are responsible for leaving the Accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived, and (ii) you must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws at all times. If you are booking for an additional guest who is a minor or if you bring a minor to a Villa Service, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor.
You acknowledge that many activities carry inherent risks and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the entire risk arising out of your stay at the Accommodation (including use of stairs, pool, etc.), participation in any Experience, use of any other Villa Service, or any other interaction you have with other Members whether in person or online. This means it is your responsibility to investigate a Villa Service to determine whether it is suitable for you. For example, Villa Services may carry risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death, and you freely and wilfully assume those risks by choosing to participate in those Villa Services.

The use of the pool is for the rental guests only. There is no life guard on duty and use of the pool is at your own risk. We request no children are in or around the pool who are under the age of 14 without being supervised by an adult. No glass is allowed in the pool area at any time. No guest shall sit on the wall of the infinity edge of the pool due to danger of injury and damage to pool wall.
